JBonkies	6	(-2) It seems that I over reacted moving Penn State up from 7 to 4. I think Penn State will be a very good team this year and end up winning 10 or 11 games. MAC teams can be a problem sometimes (I would know, Minnesota) but coming out with a win is still a win.

throwaway_6786	8	First half was a defensive disaster for PSU, though their offense looked great. Second half was much, much better on defense, and the offense continued to look great whenever they weren't shooting themselves in the foot with unforced errors. Overall, a mediocre performance that costs them one spot, though it could've been worse if ND, Michigan, Arizona, and others hadn't looked so bad themselves. The Lions also still have the WVU win and a solid 2023 campaign that's cushioning them slightly, but another performance like that will drop them much further.

Their big win over West Virginia is what's keeping them from falling lower, but that was NOT pretty. They do have an off-week to recover from the scare before facing Kent State in a game that should give them no issues. Should.
