(-4) Losing to the #1 team (according to the algorithm) isn't that bad. Michigan can still have a solid season, I think, but they need a QB identity. |

Michigan started the year ranked too high because they won the natty last year. They replaced so many key players and replaced their HC. This year is going to be a struggle at times. I am not surprised Michigan lost, but they can still have a competitive year. |

Oof that was rough. Michigan needs to figure its offense out fast (or just run the triple with Orji). |

(1-1) - Michigan has a tremendous amount of work to do patching up their offense if they want to get anywhere. Orji should be put in to do more than just do the obvious run that everyone in the stadium can anticipate. |

They lost to Texas, badly but don't want to be biased so I guess they still deserve a spot. Not the top 20 tho, losers don't deserve that. |

This was to be expected to be honest. Lost a lot of talent everywhere after the championship last year, and facing off against one of the best teams in the nation. just unfortunate they were so highly rated going into it, cause there was no way they were winning this game |

The Longhorns just embarrassed Michigan in their own house, and the only reason they don't fall further is because they still have 2023 boosting them this week and Texas looks to be a serious national championship contender. They've got to get their offense going soon, because the losses of McCarthy, Corum, and a decent portion of their offensive line are deeply felt right now, and the schedule won't get too much easier for UM. |

They got beat the way a bad team gets beat by a good team. They got beat the way FCS teams get beat. So the question is, how bad is Michigan or how good is Texas? Watching the game, and after the week one performance, I lean more towards Michigan being bad. Hopefully Michigan beats Arkansas State the way you'd expect. |
