Charlemagne42 | 4 | Kirby's goal for this season: meet expectations. Florida is out a lot of last year's production on both sides of the ball. Don't overlook Mizzou, or Tennessee. If Georgia meets expectations, they will play in Atlanta for a playoff ticket. |

jchall3 | 4 | Georgia appears to be in great position to forget their offensive woes from a season ago returning 8 starters. Kirby has always been known to bring a great defense and all the pieces are in place. However, the SEC is a crucible and their No. 4 ranking lands them at... No. 3 in the conference.  |

Bank_Gothic | 7 | |
crownebeach | 7 | I don't like J.T. Daniels. I don't get why everyone is over the moon about him -- he was extremely mediocre at USC, and everyone raved about him there too, so I think he's just one of those guys who looks like a starting QB is supposed to look or something. I have definite concerns. Tood Monken is an excellent OC, and they will be able to run the ball with authority, but the dreams of a high-powered vertical offense are...premature. A national championship is possible, but the defense is super raw, and they're gonna need to draw the right matchups to protect their secondary. |
