Overall Rationale: Pre-season pull is about returning production in key areas, coaching changes, and how they performed last year. This poll is about where I think they are talent-wise, not where they will end up at the end of the season. There are about 10 teams between 20-30 so a few got left off (like Houston, Boise, Fresno) that could have easily been #20.
