Overall Rationale: Pre-season polls are hard enough to do without anything on the field. Coaching changes, draft losses, big season opening games and transfer portal gains/losses are the biggest weight carriers. No team note just means I felt placement wasn’t too out of the line of thinking of others. Note: Wake Forest dropped due to starting QB status.

Season opener against ND won’t pay dividends until the rest of ND schedule plays out to see how good they actually are. A 3 score win could put them at #1 for a few people though. |
