Overall Rationale: Every week I start from scratch in an attempt to eliminate poll inertia. Head-to-head MATTERS when teams are relatively close. How do teams handle close games and late-game situations? How trustworthy is their QB? How experienced is the roster? Who's hurt? What kind of gameplan they use, how well do they assert it, and how well did they adjust in game? I want to do my best to create rankings that take more than just the scores and stats into account.
