Overall Rationale: I did try to bring into account returning production and FPI outlook alongside what I've seen in the AP poll and other coaches. I plan on being extremely fluid in my rankings these first couple of weeks and hope that how I had teams ranked in week 0 doesn't have an impact on where I have teams ranked in week 4.
