Overall Rationale: My poll sets each team's rating as a linear combination of the ratings of the teams it's beaten and lost to. Then the computer solves the resulting matrix. Until the poll has enough data (when every team can be "linked" to other teams via a chain of mutual opponents), I will be submitting a human poll. No idea what to put for preseason poll (which is largely meaningless), so my poll will be the post bowl poll of last season with small tweaks.
