Overall Rationale: Human poll relying mostly on Resume, SoS, and MoV. Eye-test used sparingly, and only in situations with similar bodies of work for the season. Preseason is an impossible crapshoot. This is little better than a guessing game for the first 2 weeks. Some momentum from last year and recruiting developments make up a decent percentage of the placement.
