Ballot Type: Computer

Overall Rationale: 2022 marks my third year in the r/CFB Poll and fourth year running TERSE. For those unaware, TERSE (Totally Experimental Ranking System for Everyone) is a computer with the primary design principle of passing the college football ballot 'Turing Test'—in other words, it should look like a reasoned human ballot if you don't know it's an algorithm. There have been some minor changes under the hood to how it evaluates team quality, but if you've followed TERSE's development in the past, most of the fundamental logic is pretty much the same as last year.
