bwburke94 1 Have I learned my lesson from the last few times I had Notre Dame as preseason #1? Of course not!

Charlemagne42 2 Another natty appearance for Notre Dame, another infuriating way to lose. This time to the team that hired away Brian Kelly so they wouldn't have to fire him. Ouch. Too bad Notre Dame is cursed to never play like a champion again, until they admit they stole our sign.

T-Thugs 4 ND has some question marks at QB but brings back a boatload of players from last year's national championship runner ups. A big road test week 1 at Miami will determine if the Irish belong near the top.

Doogitywoogity 6 I’m not sure how to feel about this team. Similar to Ohio State they’re needing to reload, I just don’t have as much faith that they’ll do it as easily. Personally I’d love to see them win all but one game in particular in the regular season.
Drexlore 6
eclectic_tastes 6 OL has really thinned out, but top-tier development there and a strong starting 5. I think Minchey and Carr both have what it takes, just wondering which mid-tier G5 they fall to this time around.

OldCoaly 7 Replacing many important pieces. Love is elite at rushing but can't carry the offense on his own. Slightly concerned how long it took to name a starting qb.

Lefunnymaymays4lief 3 Only big losses are Xavier Watts and the two DTs. Riley Leonard’s pass rush avoidance will be missed but the lost rushing production will be absorbed by Love and Price, only PSU has a better pair while Love is potentially the best overall player in CFB. Carr or Minchey only have to be pretty good to get back to a title game. Fields, Greathouse and Pauling are the best WR group in 10 years for ND

Real_TSwany 4 Notre Dame's actually got a tough schedule this season, and I'm confident that this year's team could even be better than last year's. Their offense is stacked with returning talent, including star RB Jeremiyah Love. I've put the Irish over Georgia and Oregon, as they have the fewest question marks out of the three.

xX_GIGA_MAN_Xx 5 I think that Marcus Freeman will be the guy to get Notre Dame their first championship in 30 years. Very good team. Relatively easy schedule. Additionally, now that the CFP bye isn't tied to a conference championship, they should have an easy path to a NY6 game. Just no NIU-style losses and this team makes another run in the playoffs. I really want to see them play Penn State again. National championship maybe?

quantum_jedi 7 Coming off a National Title appearance, Notre Dame looks poised to return. Jeremiah Love might be the best back in CFB and Marcus Freeman has shown an incredible knack to will his team to be their best despite injuries and adversity (except against MAC and Sun Belt teams it seems...).
