They'll light the fuse on USC's dynamite foundation. They catch Wisconsin during Wisconsin's walk of death. However, they will make the mistake of scheduling the white-out game for Washington instead of Ohio State the week before. Penn State's own walk of death will be highlighted by a visit to Purdue immediately after all three ranked teams on the Nittany Lions' schedule. But, if they can make it through all that, they have a real shot at the conference title.

And I really do feel bad about giving Penn State so much shit for being second fiddle in the Big Ten...but hey, I remain envious of their position! And who knows? Now that Michigan isn't as strong as they have been - I feel like things could go just a bit more...nice for the Nittany Lions this year!

They’ve had a lot of good defenses in the Franklin era, but their offense has always let them down and they can never quite get the wins to get into the CFP. Now they have Andy Kotelnicki from Kansas to reinvigorate the offense. It’s CFP or bust for James Franklin this season.

The hard games on the schedule (besides the pre-loaded loss @ West by god Virginia (Eat Shit Pitt)) look to be @USC and Ohio State at home. If they end up missing the playoffs this year, James Franklin's seat should get so hot that his beautiful bald head becomes a mirror.
