Overall Rationale: Alright, Week 6 is in the books and one must say that it was a crazy weekend for CFB and we did indeed see tons of movers and shakers in the poll. First off was a scare for Indiana which for most of the game Nebraska had control and I would have loved seeing Nebraska being the one that pulled off the upset and dethrone Indiana from the Top Spot, but alas Nebraska pulled a Nebraska in typical fashion. But then we saw an upset when Texas choked away a 17-7 lead and then proceeded to lose at a last second FG against Oklahoma in the Red River Shootout. It was a good game in Tuscaloosa where it looked like it was gonna be a monsoon earlier in the week thanks to Isaias hitting the Gulf Coast, but it ended up being a thriller, but Georgia finally won in Tuscaloosa in almost 20 years. Kentucky in the 2nd week in a row finds a way to win in OT by the same score of 35-34 thanks to a 2 point conversion, this time against LSU and yeah not looking good for ol Lane Kiffin there. UCLA pulled an upset in Eugene as Raiola had one of his worst games in his career and yeah looks like they will get a huge drop as a result. Lastly Pitt losing to North Carolina it looks like it’s been a better Year 2 for Belichick in Chapel Hill. And lastly, Duke utterly collapse hard against Georgia Tech and yeah not a good look if you ask me. Overall it was a week of great games and upsets, and it’ll be many more as the season progresses.
