1 Georgia Bulldogs Great fight, unreal LB play, and an offense that might actually be kind of ok? Imagine if they had their first two RBs
2 Miami Hurricanes Bye - but it’s all about the QB and WR here for me.
3 Notre Dame Fighting Irish Bye - no no wait stanford
4 Alabama Crimson Tide Missed DPI may have changed the outcome. But a loss is a loss. With Russell at QB, they’ll never truly be out of a game. He is getting better and better.
5 Ohio State Buckeyes Will not pretend I tuned in to watch them slaughter Maryland.
6 Indiana Hoosiers Not impressed so far. Hoover may have taken some steps in a very windy game though.
7 Utah Utes Didn’t get to watch much here tbh, but liked what I saw from them. I think Kansas has an underrated offense right now.
8 UCLA Bruins So physical, so tough, and so much fight. Never thought I would see that from UCLA. Unbelievable coaching job.
9 Mississippi State Bulldogs Bye
10 Ole Miss Rebels
11 Missouri Tigers How does Mizzou have such good defensive line play every year? Absolutely shut down A&M, though Reed helped.
12 Kentucky Wildcats I don’t think they are getting away with it, I think they are a good football team that never quits. Super gritty.
13 BYU Cougars No offense to speak of but exactly what you’d expect from a BYU defense. Smart, physical, well coached.
14 Iowa Hawkeyes The offense is good now, idc what you say.
15 Texas Longhorns The defense is unreal, but Arch’s mix of 20% unbelievable throws/50% OK throws/30% boneheaded, stupid, no good, bad, terrible throws is hurting them.
16 Texas Tech Red Raiders Bye
17 Houston Cougars Closer than I expected against KSU but really impressed by the QB play they have gotten from Weigman.
18 USC Trojans No defense to speak of but it’s a Riley team. Am genuinely impressed that they traveled across the country and got the win here, not usually the case.
19 Oklahoma State Cowboys You know, personally, I’d like them to stop winning. Instead, they keep winning. Very impressed with Mestemaker.
20 Tennessee Volunteers WAY too close for comfort against Arkansas. Maybe bailed out by weird coaching decisions from Arkansas here?
