Overall Rationale: There is no logic, it is the preseason poll. This is based on an incomplete finalization of my postseason 2025. I do not endorse the ability of any of these teams to stay here. New algorithm for the coming year, finally moving away from Vegas and even MOV (which unfairly punishes good defense, poor offense teams). Will hopefully do well, but we'll have to wait and see. All now done on actual programming with compute power so no more manual excel hell.
I don't think I'll be able to rank ISU again, and am sad that the ACC champs never actually deserved to be ranked.
