Overall Rationale: I really have no idea who to put as number 1. Really any of the top 5. I think Texas Tech is too highly ranked in most polls. Same as BYU. I think FSU is a solid team this year. They scrape in. I also really think Penn State is underrated. Louisville and Ole Miss are slightly underrated.
