Overall Rationale: Methodology is based on last season plus pre season predictions and how many starters each team returned, rationale for some teams like specifically Texas A&M as well is while they were good last season, they have new players coming in and a way harder schedule coming up, and I have designed this in a way to move teams potentially way up or way down post week 1, in the event of surprise upsets or disappointments
