Overall Rationale: I use a custom ELO System that updates each week and can track trends through the weeks.  Unfortunately, it does have a bias towards winning games.  I used the preseason /r/CFB polls to give the top 25 teams points so it either requires them pulling a Baylor and losing to a lesser ranked team or not winning by enough to a lesser ranked team to see them dropped. Along with this, I will be posting a top 130 teams list so you can see how all teams are ranked.
