Overall Rationale: I look at a lot of different factors, right now it's chiefly down to quality of opponent and type of victory (e.g. close or crushing) have comments for some ranks, ones where I don't it's either because I got lazy or because the team in question played a cupcake opponent, which isn't really worth discussing, unless it was close or impacted the ranking.

2	Ohio State Buckeyes	Early half scare by the Hoosiers gives way to Buckeye beating
