Overall Rationale: These are computer rankings so it often takes a few weeks before they start to make more sense as there is so much data missing. For the most part, the margin of victory is the major data factor that this ranking is based on as there is very little comparisons data after week 1.My system treats all Div 1 teams as equal and then builds from there as the season progresses. With some teams playing a week "0" and then a week "1", I assume we will some teams stand out a bit more as there is more data that can be used to calculate their score.
