Overall Rationale: Try to rank teams by what they've done, but most haven't done shit yet so some bullshit projection comes into play.

1 Alabama Crimson Tide Best victory of the weekend.
2 Michigan Wolverines Second best victory of the weekend. Made Florida look like crap.
3 Washington Huskies Still good looked slightly less shaky in its win than Ohio State.
4 Ohio State Buckeyes
5 Florida State Seminoles Lost and no more François so they might be screwed, but were basically even with Alabama except for special teams and two bad INTs. Turnovers in bad spots cost them the game, defense is offense, O-Line still isn't good enough to beat Alabama for the title, but might not maker for ACC victory.
6 Oklahoma State Cowboys Tulsa's a bit better than a scrub so congrats on rising quite a bit
7 Penn State Nittany Lions You don't get points for playing scrubs
8 Oklahoma Sooners Same to you OU
9 Clemson Tigers Same for you Clemson.
10 Stanford Cardinal Fours a party Stanford.
11 USC Trojans Western Michigan may be an excellent MAC team, but they're still a MAC team and USC is USC. Has the opportunity to jump all the way to #2 if it wins this weekend though.
12 Virginia Tech Hokies One of the four or five best wins this weekend.
13 Maryland Terrapins Fantastic game not sure how good they are though.
14 Kansas State Wildcats Same goes for you as goes for Penn State.
15 TCU Horned Frogs Same goes for you as the above purple team.
16 USF Bulls Learn how to open please, but 2-0 has some value at this point when most other people have only played cupcakes ville.
17 Miami Hurricanes You don't get points for whupping bad teams.
18 California Golden Bears Maybe one of the better wins this season, but you're still Cal.
19 San Diego State Aztecs You're probably pretty good.
20 Washington State Cougars Congrats on 1-0 for the first time of the Leach era!
21 West Virginia Mountaineers Played a good team hard, probably deserve to be higher, but people will bitch about an 0-1 team in the top 15. Will rise as the season goes on.
22 Louisville Cardinals Almost shit the bed against Purdon't.
23 Notre Dame Fighting Irish After Texas' failure this ballot needed a historic juggernaut to inhabit its bowels. The Golden Dome will serve nicely.
24 Western Michigan Broncos Stayed even with whats probably a good USC team.
25 UCLA Bruins After what they did to Aggie they deserve to be ranked. After how they played the first half they don't deserve to be higher than 25th.
