bretticus33 4 For all the praise Sark gets as a play caller and offensive guru, the Texas offense was definitely missing something this year. The OL was pretty overrated, Quinn Ewers took a step back (may or may not have been injury related), the ground game wasn’t great, and the offense overall just couldn’t put together a complete game. It nearly cost them against ASU, and it definitely did against Ohio State. Now the Arch Manning era begins.

GatorBolt 4 Still a solid season, and with 2 final 4 appearances in a row I think we can say that Texas is back. But this time they just couldn't get over the Ohio State hump.

Zloggt 5 ...of course, all respect to the Longhorns as well, who also had a decent run in them all the way to the semifinals. Sure, they're a bit (or far) more luckier than the other top guys, but in an expanded format like this, you gotta give up the beef (heh) and show credit where it's due...

quantum_jedi 4 (-1) Texas is once again full just short of reaching a National Championship game, but that should not diminish a great season for the Longhorns. Sark has built a well-rounded program and I expect that the Longhorns might be even better next year if Arch Manning lives up to the hype.
