NC State doesn’t have a starting QB anymore, Liberty hasn’t quite proven themselves to me yet, Washington has been riding the struggle bus recently, and everyone else has more than 2 losses. Oregon State’s only losses are to USC and Utah, and have been a dominant team since those L’s. For the first time this season I feel confident with almost 0 doubt that the 25 teams I have ranked right now are the best/most deserving teams as of right now. |
