TheFlyingBoat	3	Georgia in my view is still the strongest team in the country, though I do take the result in the SEC Championship game as evidence that I was right that this Georgia team, while boasting one of the best defenses of all time, were still far from being one of the best overall teams of all time. For good reason they are still far ahead of the pack in F+ at #1 after the loss, but with an SoR of #3 they can't ascend to the top 2.

YellowSkarmory	4	I started to realize last week that Georgia really doesn't have a top win, and that really hurts them after the Alabama loss. Wins against Clemson on a neutral site and at home against Arkansas and Kentucky are solid, but they don't have a top win comparable to my top 3, and that really hurts their ranking. I would say their resume is fairly similar to Michigan if you remove the OSU game from the equation, which is why they're below them.

bretticus33	5	Georgia got unexpectedly blown out and as a result, they fall out of my top 4 even though they'll still be a CFP team.├é┬á The loss showcased the two big concerns I had about the Dawgs.├é┬á First off, Stetson Bennett just isn't the guy for Georgia.├é┬á The defense and run game kept Bennett from really having to do more than be a game manager, but Alabama forced Bennett to step up and he wiltered.├é┬á Also, Georgia's schedule hasn't aged well.├é┬á Clemson was bad the first half of the season, Arkansas and Kentucky are both 4 loss teams, and Auburn and Florida both collapsed down the stretch.├é┬á Georgia hadn't faced a true elite team yet and got whipped.
