Then ISU is going to finish the year Top 20 imo. The combination of these two was worth more this week than UGA's higher high in Clemson. Like my explanation says though the first few weeks can be very fluid.

Ch-i-ef	3	Nobody watches Iowa for the offense anyway. They'll barely miss out on September Maryland so their next big challenge will be Penn State in a few weeks. Expect them to idle in the top 5 for a little while at least.

With that said, they're capable of being a much better offense than this, and it seemed to me that they turtled up at halftime, because they had two good touchdown drives in the second quarter. They dominated the line of scrimmage despite their peripherals, and so I'm breaking my own rule and ranking the worse per-play team higher in this isolated case.

Iowa has two solid wins, but I think that what we've seen is that Indiana and Iowa State are both worse teams than we originally thought. That's not to say Iowa isn't a good team, I just feel that if I think Indiana and Iowa State were worse than initially thought it's hard for me to give them too much credit.├é┬á
