Overall Rationale: Poll still looks like a mess, but appears to be taking some shape, mostly the top 10 is starting to emerge quite well minus those 1-loss teams compared to the AP poll. Thankfully with most of the FCS games out of the way, there will be a rather rapid jump as teams start going 2-1 or 3-0 with at least 2 FBS games.
