ninetimesoutaten Ballot for 2021 Week 3

Ballot Type: Human

Submitted: Sept. 12, 2021, 8:15 p.m.

Rank Team Reason
Alabama Crimson Tide Alabama is the only team without any weaknesses thus far
Georgia Bulldogs exceptionally more dynamic in week 2. Went from a conservative offense to opening it up against a decent UAB team and with a second string QB.
Oklahoma Sooners Nothing wrong with winning 76-0. Certainly helped shake off the close call week 1.
Clemson Tigers Yes it is South Carolina St. Clemson looked dominant plain and simple. Hard to use a team like South Carolina State as much of a measuring stick though.
Oregon Ducks What a win and without some of the best players on defense. Ducks offense took control. Passing defense is now questionable. Unsure if that was on Oregon's Defense or Stroud is just a great QB
Iowa Hawkeyes A theme here this week is dominant defense. Iowa looked unfazed against a good Iowa State team and really made Iowa State struggle.
Cincinnati Bearcats Not much info to pull from Murray State and Miami Ohio. Both resounding wins. Notre Dame, UCF, Tulane, and Tulsa will decide Cincinnati's fate this year.
UCLA Bruins From my prior poll, UCLA has stayed put while on a bye.
Penn State Nittany Lions
Florida Gators Good win over USF - allowed for 17 points in the second half. Emory Jones appears very concerning at QB only putting up 150 yards and 2 ints though. I do not believe this is the same Florida from last year.
Ohio State Buckeyes Offense looked spectacular, almost 500 yards through the air. Terrible defensive showing. Something needs to change in Columbus, this does not look like last year's team.
Boston College Eagles
Coastal Carolina Chanticleers
Miami Hurricanes
Arizona State Sun Devils
Wisconsin Badgers
Notre Dame Fighting Irish
Iowa State Cyclones
BYU Cougars
Michigan Wolverines
Texas A&M Aggies
Arkansas Razorbacks
Ole Miss Rebels
UCF Knights
TCU Horned Frogs
