Overall Rationale: So, this poll is going to be largely different from the regular season polls since I didn't have any stats to pull. For the preseason poll I therefore used this set of criteria to determine rankings: 3 Points if team was ranked in last AP Poll of last season, 2 Points if team was ranked in last Coaches Poll of last season, 2 points for every All American player on team and 1 point for every all conference player on team.
