Overall Rationale: This poll was created by a system that weighed returning production, recruiting totals from the last 3 classes, and the previous season's results. There was some personal judgment applied to the final rankings, but much of the order is based on that system. Plus, it's a preseason poll so I had some fun with it and gave a shout to teams that might not get the recognition they deserve.
