Overall Rationale: None. There is not rationale for a preseason poll. My decisions for the first few weeks will be based on the poll inertia from this one. It's going to be crap and I'm here for it every yearAlso I'm doing this as a delay for a presentation I have for a class and I'm awful about it. If you see this please yell at me in the comments.

22 Iowa Hawkeyes I have two coworkers that root for IOWA. They went to Iowa state and South florida. I don't get it what do you do to get this loyalty.
