Overall Rationale: Football is ALMOST back! Thank goodness, my loved ones can only make me so happy. Like with any other preseason ranking, we have no idea really who will be the top 25 teams. Feel pretty good about the group of teams in the top 15 (not necessarily where they are ranked). All teams after that are teams I hope continue to be good after successful 2018 seasons. I look forward to all the nonvoters saying how wrong we are and that we should all be replaced yesterday.
