Overall Rationale: A few notes: I think I'm being a little low on Iowa State and Stanford. I also opted not to include Missouri in this due to their NCAA woes, otherwise I'd place them at about 18-20 or so. LSU and Ohio State were neck and neck, as were Oregon and Washington.My First Five out were: Northwestern, Army, Mississippi State, TCU, and USC.
