LeWoofle	9	They had their backup QB in and were able to sneak out a win against an improved Colorado team.This team without their starting QB struggles, and as soon as they get him back they will be likely to impress enough to move back up. This is a solid defense, they will most likely be able to handle most games by themselves.

crownebeach	11	I considered ranking Colorado, because their defensive effort was pretty inspired, but once the backup QB settled down it seemed like he solved the pressures that CU was bringing. Ultimately, I think Colorado is about a top-35 team (which is a huge success for them, don't get me wrong!), and A&M's struggle with them is very concerning, but on a per-play basis they were decisively better.
