stripes361 18 One point road losses usually do not draw too harsh a punishment from me. Even though I am not very high on Pitt, a 5-place drop from #13 to #18 is enough. Central Florida is not a Playoff contender but they are still a high-powered team which will be a leading contender for the American title.

hypercube42342 19 A loss to Pitt is not a good look. But they've been dominant in every other game, which is better than most teams after them can say. The only remaining quality opponent on their schedule is Tulane (maybe Houston) so they don't have an opportunity to move up any significant distance until the end of November, which is incredibly unfortunate for them. -11

crimsonlaw 20 The undefeated regular season streak ends by one point. What a shame. I've been ranking the Knights out of respect for their streak. I can't kick them out of the poll for such a close loss, but I doubt they will sniff the top-10 again this season.
crownebeach 20 Dillon Gabriel might not be ready for prime time yet, but UCF is still totally fine. Pitt did offer a very good defensive road map to slow the Knights down, though: load the box against the run, press the outside receivers, and force them to challenge you on tight downfield windows. If you deny Killins & McCrae, UCF has to settle for lower-percentage looks.

_Brazenhead_ 22 Much like Utah, took a very bad loss this week. Between the two, they are similar teams, but Utah's loss is less bad, I think.
Blazeth 22 they'll definitely bounce back from that super close loss

moistats_ 22 This might be too big of a punishment on UCF, but in all honesty they should have pulled it off at Pitt. We'll see how the rest of the season goes, because there are some notable American teams for the conference.

bobsled_time 24 Finally got their shots at P5 teams this year and really had a chance to prove themselves (and get into the playoff conversation in earnest), but came up short. Still refreshing to see them on this stage after having the bigger games on their schedule cancelled the last few years for weather.

nbingham196 25 Loss to Pitt didn't look good, but I still think they are one of the 25 best teams Next 5: Michigan State, App State, Army, Wake Forest, and Oklahoma State
peachios 25 Still a strong scary team, but losing to pitt isn't a good way to stay high, then again if Pitt could have pulled out the win against PSU tit would have looked better.
