Overall Rationale: No games played, I'm going to try and go off of mostly last season, and expectations from that and some from the off season. I've tried to double check on certain roles/coaches. Also, it's a preseason poll, so fuck you anyway for having a problem with it.

11 Penn State Nittany Lions Gut feeling says, despite the homer-hype, Penn State will be the most underwhelming of the B1G powerhouses this year. There's still a decently mentored OC and McSquirrely, but the loss in assets on offense will cost us games that would've been wins with last year's roster.

21 UCF Knights Why so low compared to Boise or the FAU? Consider it fear of uncertainty in the complete change in staff. Still got Milton, and an otherwise solid team, but I'm unknowledgeable of Hypuel to put any confidence in him untested.
