_THE__BOULDER_	17	Utah's only loss is to what I think may be a very good Texas Tech team, with big wins over UCLA and WVU, who honestly may not be good but I don't think that changes the fact that this is a decent, potentially good Utah squad - or at least it has been so far. Jumping up to 17 from 23 mainly due to the losses ahead of them since they were on a bye this week.
