YellowSkarmory	13	I have no idea what happened to Iowa, but they do not look the same now. They do have some solid wins at ISU and vs. PSU, but since that PSU game, they've looked awful. They lost at home to Purdue and on the road to Wisconsin, and while they did beat Northwestern this week, it was not in impressive fashion. Still, those are solid wins, enough to have them this high.

DarkLegend64	23	F Tier (I generally tried to favor head to head in my ballot, especially when the winner has the same or fewer losses than the loser but I truly feel PSU would have beaten Iowa had Clifford not gotten injured during the game. On top of that, Iowa's offense is absolutely atrocious. Their record more so than their on field play keeps them in the top 25.)
