TCU gave Ohio State everything the Buckeyes could handle. This team isn't going to be my pick to win the Big 12, but they look like a side that could be in that second tier who could get to a NY6 bowl. |

I was really impressed with them this week. They lost, but the final score doesn't really show how good they played. Ultimately they just got out talented. I think they out coached tOSU this week. But in CFB talent often times is king. So ultimately I don't think TCU has the ability to go to a CFP game. I think they're in that 10-2 tier, with OU being the true B12 CFP contender. |

TCU did lose this week, but they hung with Ohio State for most of the game and I think they proven that they have the talent to compete with the big dogs |

Last week: 13. TCU only drops one spot this week, which is as much to do with the teams that were beneath them last week as anything. But Ohio State is, obviously, a really good team and TCU proved they can run with them. Q U A L I T Y L O S S |

TCU actually only falls one spot after that loss. Before the crucial turnover they seemed comfortable and in control of the game. Playing that well against an top 3 team suggests good things for the rest of their season. |

-1 spot. A tough loss near to home against Ohio State this week, but TCU proved their a team to watch in the race for the Big 12. |

TCU seemed like they were going to take down OSU for a little over a half of football, but two costly mistakes ended up sealing their fate in the second half. You can't be mad at Robinson, though, with how hard he fought for the 308 yards he threw. This team still has some work to do, but they still have the pieces to compete in the Big XII this year. |

Held onto Ohio State for longer than I think a lot of people expected. They really started to fall apart midway through the 3rd quarter, which sealed their fate.  |

TCU was unable to get the job done against Ohio State; their fall is so extreme in large part because their best win to date (SMU) continues to look awful. |

TCU had a respectable enough performance against Ohio State to stay in the Top 25 this week, beating out several worthy contenders for the last spot. Oregon drops out on the basis of weak computer numbers, a struggling Bowling Green (its best win of the year so far) and a disappointing performance against San Jose State. I really wanted to get several teams (esp. Missouri, Central Florida, and Memphis) onto my ballot this week but ran out of room, which is better than my normal conundrum of not liking any teams past about #22 or #23. There is a strong Top 25 bubble at the moment. Honorable Mentions: Missouri, Oregon, Central Florida, Washington State, Kentucky, Indiana, Florida, Memphis |
