Overall Rationale: Due to the use of a spreadsheet to provide calculations, early season polls are going to look extremely erratic. This early in the season I have two "human" rules: 1. Must have at least 1 FBS win 2. Will generally prioritize record over Opponent's Win Percentage. The computer side of the poll is fairly basic this early on: Calculation is predominantly based on overall record, margin of victory, and all of your opponent's total win percentage across the season. The calculation will generally prefer teams who have played an opponent with 1 other win. It doesn't matter who a team lost to, they won't show up on this ranking at 0-1.
