Overall Rationale: For this Preseason poll, I based my votes primarily on last season and expected returning players, modifying slightly based on how I expect each team will do this year specifically in their own conferences. I fully expect some of my preseason picks will be too high or too low, but after week one I will adjust accordingly based on performance of each team and where I currently place them (so there shouldn't be too much shuffling for teams that generally meet expectations).FIRST FIVE OUT: UAB, Arkansas State, Boston College, Troy, San Diego State
