Overall Rationale: Don't have some kind of system for this.  This is mostly based on my expectations for teams for the coming season.  Provided some comments for some teams.

4 Ohio State Buckeyes Will be interesting to see how they do depending on the outcome of the Meyer situation.

8 Auburn Tigers My pick to win the title this year (hot take?).
9 Miami Hurricanes Should be an even better team this year.
10 Penn State Nittany Lions

15 Notre Dame Fighting Irish I wasn't high on ND last year, and this year is the same for me.  Can't argue they aren't a good team, but I don't think they are as good as other do.

18 LSU Tigers Talented team, but will they solve their QB issues?  Don't think O will get fired this season unless they go like 3-9 or worse.
