Overall Rationale: My poll is usually a computer poll, but for the preseason poll I do it by hand.  This is actually a preseason "postseason" poll - as in, I went through an picked who I thought would win every game this coming season and then picked the winners of conferences and playoffs.  This is more a fun exercise to see how it compares to the season's results as it will have no bearing on my actual computer poll.
