Overall Rationale: With it being preseason,I do not typically find polls should be weighted too much. No matter how much we expect, much is uncertain. But who does not enjoy trying to predict? Being preseason, there is plenty of guess work. For this poll, I considered players returning, especially key players, and largely an eye test and what I "think" it to be. Recent success will inevitably be an early factor since preseason polls have less to base themselves on than later in the season. The bottom of the top 25 for this poll will draw the most eyes as I give more credit to the"group of five" schools than many might. Hype may affect this poll more than others. As the season begins and progresses more things will be taken  into consideration, including computer polls and stats. As a result, the first few polls I make will likely change a fair amount, especially toward the bottom of the top 25.
