Overall Rationale: For the last 5 spots, I decided I would pick the favorites of each G5 league, and then I realized I didn't know anything about the MAC, so I put the favorite for the FCS crown, NDSU. Miss State, Arizona, and Iowa State, & LSU were the teams replaced. Boise State and Houston would be ranked in my ballot regardless if I wasn't being particularly inclusionary to the G5
