Overall Rationale: The top four got shuffled based on quality of wins. All four have wins over good opponents. Clemson's wins were less convincing than the other three, so that's why they dropped three ranks in my poll. I tried not to move teams affected by the hurricane up or down. Colorado and TCU debut in my poll this  week after Northwestern and Auburn drop out.
