1 Alabama Crimson Tide Bama rolled over Fresno 40-10 (as they should) I see no reason to take them out of #1.
2 Oklahoma Sooners OU jumps to #2 for me this week. The way they handled that Buckeye environment and pretty much dominated the game on the road made this an easy decision. Baker put up almost 400 yards in the air.
3 Clemson Tigers Clemson and OU were really close for me. Clemson met a solid Auburn team that had upset in their mind. Clemson met the challenged and held them off, I only have them at 3 because I don't believe in their offense just yet.
4 USC Trojans USC looked like we all expected USC to look this season. The Darnold was dominant, making NFL type throws all over. They honestly made Stanford look weak.
5 Washington Huskies Washington played well for 4 quarters against Montana. Difficult to play lesser opponents and be that good for all 4 quarters. Scoring 21-14-14-14 in all 4 quarters. 
6 Michigan Wolverines Michigan got all they wanted from a scrappy Cinci squad. I like this Michigan defense, but they need to see better QB play if they hope to beat the giants of the Big Ten conference later this year.
7 Penn State Nittany Lions Early on Penn State look like they were going to easily handle their in state rivals Pitt. Pitt made the game somewhat competitive, but I still like everything about these Nittany Lions. 
8 Oklahoma State Cowboys Oklahoma State continues to do Oklahoma State things, really running away with their early season opponents.
9 Ohio State Buckeyes Ohio State's front 7 is still legit, I believe that. They have enough 5 star recruits on that squad, they'll turn it around after this week and become a great team again. Meyer coached teams always do.
10 Florida State Seminoles FSU was off this week due to the Hurricane. They have a huge game with one of their rivals this week in Miami. Can a true Freshman QB do it? 
11 Wisconsin Badgers Wisconsin is a confusing team to me, FAU made that game interesting early on, but the Badgers pulled away as they often do. I'd like to see them get off to better starts, starting in a hole will not be easy once the Big Ten schedule really gets kicked off.
12 LSU Tigers Have a sneaking suspicion that this LSU team is very legit. They haven't played anyone that can really test them yet, but I like what I see so far from the Tigers.
13 Georgia Bulldogs Georgia found a way on the road against Notre Dame. Very hard fought game, but that is what the Bulldogs are built for.
14 Louisville Cardinals Louisville had a struggle against the Tar Heels. QB Jackson did his thing and scraped out a win on the road.
15 Kansas State Wildcats K State hasn't played anyone who can test them yet, but early indicators say that they are pretty darn good.
16 TCU Horned Frogs TCU really should have won their game against Arkansas more handily. I like what I see from the Horned Frogs this season if they can get consistent QB play.
17 Virginia Tech Hokies The Hokies beat Delaware solidly as they should. VT could be a dark horse team in the ACC this season.
18 Miami Hurricanes Miami was off this week due to Hurricane Irma. They have a huge test in front of them in Florida State this week.
19 Washington State Cougars WSU had a crazy game against a tough Boise State squad. The Cougars found a way to win in the 3rd overtime. Still like what they are doing, still think they'll be a good team.
20 Auburn Tigers Auburn's anemic offense caused them to lose their matchup with Clemson this past weekend, but they were in that game the whole way. If they get some offense going they'll be tough to beat.
21 Tennessee Volunteers The Vols took care of Indiana State. Not much to say here.
22 West Virginia Mountaineers WVU ran all over the ECU Pirates. I think WVU is a tough out this season, and could easily be undefeated right now.
23 USF Bulls USF's game against UCONN got canceled due to the weather in South Florida. I still think Strong has the Bulls in a good spot.
24 Utah Utes Utah took care of their rivals BYU this week. I happily bring them into my top 25 this week, and expect them to move up.
25 UCLA Bruins UCLA is 2-0 after beating Hawaii. UCLA has yet to play a road game, but I like Rosen a lot. I think UCLA could be a sneaky team this season.
