Overall Rationale: similar to last week, I did a formula to assign value to each team: (Points Scored/Points Allowed)*[(26-Current Rank)+(26-Opp Rank)] (since i cant divide by 0 i used a 1 in case of a shut out) A team that beat a top 25 opponent cannot be jumped by a team that did not play a top 25 team. This week i modified the formula so that unranked P5/G5 opponents are have a 0.5 value. I elected to drop USF and replace them with SCAR due to USF being unimpressive and SCAR is one of the only teams with 2 wins over P5 opponents.
