Overall Rationale: Having been unable to dedicate the time to learn scripting to the point I need to efficiently run my current hybrid poll design, I'm sticking with human again. Will be reevaluating on a manual method to create a similar thought process poll.In: TCU, OregonOut: Notre Dame, Wazzu

1	Alabama Crimson Tide	Still no reason to think they aren't the best team in the nation
2	Oklahoma State Cowboys	The potential is there, and with OSU's loss, they move into the top 2
3	Clemson Tigers	Good win against Auburn, even if the score was tight they controlled the game.
4	Penn State Nittany Lions	I do not see this team dropping out of the top 4 the rest of the season, they have looked utterly dominate, and their two toughest opponents have had more questions raised than answered.
5	Oklahoma Sooners	Good win in a hostile environment. But maybe we were all too high on OSU to start with.
6	USC Trojans	Dropped them following a tight game against WMU. Now time to give them the respect of beating a Stanford team that looks to be pretty good
7	Wisconsin Badgers	I really wish they would play someone worthwhile so I can accurately figure out where they should be.
8	Washington Huskies	Beat the pants off an FCS team. Yawn
9	Virginia Tech Hokies	Struggled a bit on offense, but they may not need to score too many points this season to win a lot of games.
10	Georgia Bulldogs	I want to rank the Dawgs top 10 once before their inevitable decline. A win in South Bend is tough no matter how good ND ends up being.
11	LSU Tigers
12	Auburn Tigers	Tight game against the number 3 team in the country, nothing to laugh at.
13	Ohio State Buckeyes	Need to sort out their offense in a big way to reach their goals this season.
14	Michigan Wolverines	See Ohio State
15	Florida State Seminoles	Leaving at 15 until Francois's replacement shows his stuff.
