theb52 Ballot for 2016 Week 2

Overall Rationale: I usually use an excel spreadsheet to help make my choices, but it needs at least 2 weeks worth of data to really start working. More on that next week. I hate preseason polls (that's why I didn't fill out a preseason ballot) but I find myself having to use reddit's to make this ballot. I'm going ONLY off of resume, so the top 7 are very clear: What were you ranked? What ranked team did you beat? From 8 on, it's based off of Margin of Victory and guess-work on Strength of Schedule. Since it's week 1, how good is the team you beat and how much did you win by? I'm treating all FCS schools as equals,so Miami is ranked since they crushed their FCS team while Michigan State and TCU aren't because they won by <30.I REFUSE to rank a team with a losing record, so the "good teams" who lost opening week won't pop up until at least week 3. Bring on the saltiness.
