Overall Rationale: Week 1 is tough to react to because openers are so unique. I've tried to react appropriately to particularly excellent(Colorado) or particularly awful (Clemson) performances. Right now, the rest of the rankings are based off of performance and taking opponent into account. Georgia, although not particularly impressive, remain my pick for number one based on the fact that I think they are the best team in college football. I anticipate a lot more shifting after this coming weeks games.
